Shipping Policy

1. Order Confirmation and Payment:

The order will be confirmed only after we receive a 30% advance payment, calculated based on the estimate provided to the customer. This advance serves as a token of commitment and initiates the processing of the order. The remaining balance will be payable upon delivery of the goods, following a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. Customers must ensure that the payment terms are met in order to avoid any delays in order confirmation or delivery.

2. Dispatch Timeline:

Once the order is confirmed and the required advance payment is received, we will proceed with the dispatch of the material within 72 hours. The 72-hour timeline begins from the moment the estimate is confirmed by the customer, allowing us to arrange for shipping and transportation efficiently. This ensures a timely and smooth delivery process for our customers.

3. Delivery Timeframe:

We aim to deliver within 7-10 days from the date of dispatch. The average delivery time may vary depending on factors such as the location of delivery, the mode of transport used, and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during transit. However, we strive to keep the delivery within this expected time frame to meet customer expectations.

4. Regular Transport Shipments:

For orders shipped via regular transport, a 90% advance payment is required to confirm the order. This higher upfront payment is necessary due to the logistics involved with regular transport services. The remaining balance is payable upon delivery. Customers will be notified once the order is confirmed, and we will proceed with the shipping process accordingly.

5. Full Truck Load (FTL) Shipments:

For shipments requiring a Full Truck Load (FTL), a 90% advance payment is required to confirm the order. The remaining balance will be collected upon delivery. This payment structure is designed to cover the costs associated with larger shipments and ensure the prompt dispatch of materials. Customers will be updated throughout the process to ensure transparency and timely delivery.

6. Tracking and Delivery Details:

Once the material is dispatched and in transit, customers will be provided with all relevant tracking information, including the Tracking ID, driver contact details, and truck information. This will allow customers to monitor their shipment in real-time and coordinate the delivery if needed.
