By accessing or using the Agricul website and app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Agricul is a retailer-first agri-input marketplace intended for agri retailers, dealers, distributors and vendors.

2. Eligibility

The platform is intended for business users in the agri-input trade. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for all activity under your account.

3. Products & Authorized Supply

Agricul is the authorized sales channel partner for GPC and Nihon, and operates as a super stockist & general seller sourcing from verified MSME manufacturers. Product information is provided for retailer reference. For usage, dosage and safety, always refer to the official product label and local regulatory guidelines.

4. Orders, Pricing & Schemes

Prices, pack sizes, availability, schemes and offers are subject to change and confirmation. Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

5. Credit Facility

Any credit facility is offered at Agricul’s discretion to eligible retailers, subject to terms communicated separately. Outstanding balances must be settled as agreed.

6. Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the sale, storage and handling of agri-input products, including licensing requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Agricul is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Products must be used strictly per official labels and regulatory guidelines.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
