Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our team. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Returns
Due to the nature of agri-input products, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items, reported within a reasonable time of delivery with supporting details.
3. Refunds
Where a return or cancellation is approved, refunds or credit adjustments are processed to the original payment method or your Agricul ledger within a reasonable period.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
Products that have been opened, used, mishandled, or stored against label instructions, or where a claim is not reported in time, may not be eligible for return or refund.
