  • products must not be repacked

  • labels and packaging must not be altered

  • any tampering is strictly prohibited

This ensures farmers receive 100% genuine and effective products.

2️⃣ Return & Replacement Policy

Agricul.in follows a no return – no exchange policy, as agricultural products are sensitive and regulated.

However, in rare cases of:

  • transit damage

  • defective packaging

the user must report within 24 hours of delivery for review and resolution.

3️⃣ Pricing & OFFERS

4️⃣ Payment Terms

  • 10% of the order value must be paid in advance

  • the remaining balance is payable via Cash on Delivery (COD)

Digital payments such as UPI, bank transfer, or wallet may also be accepted where applicable.
